Ben Wiffen has 10+ years of experience as a Head Coach, following a successful competitive swimming career, as a distance freestyler.He has coached at all levels of the LTAD Pathway, from kids at the fundamentals stage - in his swim school - to athletes at the train-to-win stage - on Regional and National Squads.Ben also has a wealth of coaching knowledge in strength and conditioning and is the owner of WFN GYM.
